How long does it take to make?
It takes 3-5 days from the confirmation of the graphics (Sound Images) from your side and the payment of the proforma invoice. Then the package is shipped by the Slovenian Post.
What sound to record?
There are no restrictions. The easiest way is to record with your phone and send the audio in any format. The length doesn't matter either, it only affects the appearance of the sound wave.
Do I get a preview of the graphics before I pay?
Of course. You will receive several versions of your order by email, then you choose the inscriptions and layouts, only then do you pay and we send the product to the workshop.
What is forex?
Forex is a foamed PVC board. It is characterized by its light weight and strength. With us, you can choose white or black material for the base of your Sound Picture.

What is a QR code?
The QR code allows you to listen to the actual sound you intended for the Sound Picture. It is located on the back of the picture. It is easily read with your phone's camera or a QR code scanning app.
How to record a heartbeat?
The easiest way is with an application designed to record the baby's heartbeat in the womb. Check in your app store.

Is personal pickup possible?
It is, in Ljubljana or Domžale, only by prior agreement.
What is a sound wave?
A sound wave is a recording of your sound. You can choose several colors, for several sound waves, of the same clip.
Do fairy symbols have a recording?
Attraction symbols have their own mantra recorded - i.e. the sound recording of the name (e.g. Love - the AMAR NAT mantra is recorded)
They don't have QR codes.
Is there a QR code on every picture?
The QR code is made according to your order. If you do not order it, it is not included with the Sound Picture.
What does the price of a picture depend on?
The price depends on the dimension and personalization and the technique (engraver, print or photo-sound)
How long can the caption be?
Depending on the dimension and graphics. Usually there is a sentence or two for the front side, if the verse or dedication is longer, it can be printed on the back side of the picture.
