
General Terms and Conditions of the Varishana Voice Online Store
General Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions of the online store are composed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS) and international e-commerce codes. These terms and conditions cover the operation of the online store, the rights of the customer, and the business relationship between the customer and the seller or operator of the online store.

Order
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email on the same day. Any cancellations of orders can be reported to our email address within 6 (six) hours. If the customer does not cancel their order within the agreed timeframe, the contract for the purchase of products between the customer and the seller/operator of the online store is irrevocably concluded. Once the purchase contract is concluded, it is stored at the company's headquarters. The seller will package and ship the ordered products within 5 to 7 working days. The customer usually receives the ordered shipment within 5 to a maximum of 7 working days after placing the order or, in the case of payment by proforma invoice, within 5 to a maximum of 7 working days after receipt of payment.

Personalized Orders
After placing a personalized order, the customer will receive an order confirmation and any questions regarding the design of the product via email on the same day. Then, within a few hours to 2-3 days, the customer will receive the designed item (graphic) by email. After the customer confirms the order and pays the proforma invoice, the product will go into production. Cancellations are no longer possible, and the customer is required to pay the full amount of the order. Production of the product takes 3-7 working days. The seller will then package and ship the ordered product within 5 to 7 working days. The customer usually receives the personalized shipment within 6 to a maximum of 15 working days after placing the order.

Payment
Payment options are as follows:
a) By Proforma Invoice: When the customer places an order, they will receive a proforma invoice via email. Once the payment is visible in our business account, the products will be sent for production and then to the desired address.
b) Via PayPal

Delivery
Shipping costs, including VAT, amount to 3.90 EUR. Free shipping applies to purchases over 60.00 EUR including VAT. Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement.

Prices
Prices already include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are valid on the day of purchase and are subject to change. Despite our best efforts to ensure the most up-to-date and accurate information, it is possible that the price information may be incorrect. In such cases, the seller reserves the right to change the price during order processing! In this case, the customer will be informed in writing and given the option to withdraw from the contract or a solution that satisfies both parties.

Returns and Exchanges, Right to Withdraw from Purchase
The customer has the right to notify the seller in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are not satisfied with the products or wish to withdraw from the contract, without having to provide a reason for their decision. The products must then be returned within 30 days of notifying the seller of the withdrawal. Returning the goods within the withdrawal period is considered notification of withdrawal from the contract. The customer must bear the costs associated with returning the purchased item. The customer must notify the seller of the intended return in writing via email to: tara@varishana.com and return the goods within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase or notification of withdrawal. The goods must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A copy of the invoice included with the delivered goods must be attached. The seller does not accept cash-on-delivery shipments. The purchase price will be refunded to the customer as soon as possible, but no later than thirty (30) days after receiving the notification of withdrawal from the contract, without the customer needing to request it. The above does not apply to personalized orders.

Complaints and Warranty
The customer can complain about the goods if they do not have the properties explicitly promised by the seller, if the seller sent incorrect products, in the wrong quantity, color, or otherwise deviating from the customer's order. The customer can file a complaint within 14 days from the date of purchase and request an immediate replacement with an identical, defect-free item, request repair of the item, or a refund. Warranty claims are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot). If the package received upon delivery of the goods is physically damaged, missing contents, or shows signs of opening, the customer must initiate a complaint process with the delivery service, first notifying us via email at tara@varishana.com.

Limitation of Liability
The seller makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the information published on its website. However, product characteristics or prices may change so quickly that the provider may not be able to correct the information on the website in time. In such cases, the seller will inform the customer of the changes and provide the option to withdraw from the order or exchange the ordered item. The seller is not responsible for the content of reviews written by visitors. The seller reviews reviews before publishing and rejects those that contain obvious inaccuracies, are misleading, or offensive. The seller is not responsible for information in reviews and disclaims any liability arising from this. Although the seller strives to provide accurate photographs of the sales items, all photos should be considered symbolic. Photographs do not guarantee product characteristics.

Complaints
The seller complies with the applicable consumer protection legislation (ZVPot). The seller makes every effort to fulfill its obligation to establish an effective complaint handling system. The seller will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five (5) working days, inform the customer of how long it will take to handle it, and keep the customer informed of the progress. The seller is aware that a significant feature of consumer disputes, at least concerning judicial resolution, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute. This is also the main obstacle to consumers initiating disputes before the court. Therefore, the seller strives to resolve any disputes amicably.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the company is obligated to protect users' personal data. For the purposes of operating the online store, the company collects the following user data: name and surname, address and place of residence, delivery address, and email address.
